Terms of Service

1. Agreement

By creating an account or using BryteChat, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you are using BryteChat on behalf of a business, you confirm you have authority to bind that business to these terms.

2. Your account

• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.
• You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date.
• You are responsible for all activity that happens under your account.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to use BryteChat to:

• Send spam or unsolicited messages in breach of WhatsApp's policies.
• Violate any applicable law or the rights of others.
• Attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the service.

Your use of WhatsApp through BryteChat is also subject to WhatsApp's Business Messaging policies.

4. Subscriptions and billing

Paid plans are billed monthly in advance. Plans renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time and your plan remains active until the end of the current billing period. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

5. Service availability

We work hard to keep BryteChat available and reliable, but the service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We may modify or discontinue features with reasonable notice.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BryteChat will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

7. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes, and continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
